I did a quick run through with the above build for about an hour last night, and took Idiot Savant as my first perk and was able to get up to level 5 within an hour of leaving the vault without doing too much (Abernathy’s locket, went to Concord, customized a pipe pistol into a viable sniper). Strength: 1 Perception: 7 Endurance: 3 (may knock this down to 2 for an extra point in perception, don’t want to be too much of a glass cannon though so I’d like access to Life Giver, or maybe I can just get the END bobble head if starting at 2) Charisma: 1 Intelligence: 4 (gun nut/hacker) Agility: 6 Luck: 6 (sorry for formatting here, on mobile)
